Who are the plans for?
Private sellers and agencies who publish listings. You start on the free plan (up to 3 active listings) and upgrade when you need a higher quota.
What counts towards the quota?
Active listings, drafts and listings in review. If you exceed the quota you cannot create new listings, and extra ones stay hidden from public search until you upgrade or remove existing ones.
Do plans differ in features?
Core platform features are the same in every plan. Plans differ by listing quota; Professional, Business, Scale and Custom also include priority support.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. A yearly subscription costs 10 months — you save 2 months compared with monthly billing. You manage or cancel the subscription in the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
